Tracy T. Vann, an associate at Hamilton Martens & Ballou, LLC, has been elected to serve a six-year term as a member of the South Carolina Bar Association’s Construction Law Section Council. The Council oversees the Construction Law Section and is charged with enhancing the competence and skills of construction attorneys in the areas of federal and South Carolina tax law.

Vann is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina and North Carolina Bars and the York County Bar Association. Her practice focuses on state and appellate litigation, with an emphasis on construction, insurance, and commercial landlord/tenant law.
